Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Print-on-demand and custom items may require additional production time. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order contents.

• Domestic (United States): Standard shipping estimated 5–10 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.
• International: Estimated delivery 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

International Orders & Customs We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Mayon Finds is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
